Reviewed in the United States on April 9, 2021 Size: 1 Verified Purchase I made a mistake in ordering this and wanted to return it for a different type of faucet for my bathroom sink. I had completely forgotten that the one in my house was the type with the Hot & cold thing on the top of the faucet itself, as well as how it turns off and on. So, my bad. But I went to return it in order to get the correct type and they say I cannot return it. It wasn't opened, it's in its original packaging (there was no reason to open it as it just wouldn't work, anyway) but now I've completely lost the money and they are not willing to bend at all to help me out and get something that will work for me. Hence, 1 star. I made the mistake and can easily own up to it. They, however, obviously just wanted the money and shut down on me instantly when I was trying to get any sort of help either with a refund or exchange. Stay away from this seller & company. Reviewed in the United States on June 17, 2020 Size: 1 Verified Purchase I thought that for the money it was good. The instructions were not that easy to read for me. I am not young. I am amazed at how the plumbing materials have crossed over to the world of plastic. Plastic is not the best material and i am sure that if the part where the fittins screw onto were upgraded to brass installation would be alot easier. Cross threading is very easy with this plastic. They say to use the plumbers tape on the plastic threads but the hoses that come with it have a rubber gasket and i think that makes it so you dont need sealant tape. After messing with this installation for about 45 minutes i decided to leave all the connections loose and then install the faucet valves on top. Once they are in place i found its alot easier to tighten everythiing up. THe problem on my system was the center to center distance was 8.5 inches.. and the hoses that came with the system are alot longer then the origivnal i took off. i think the new hoses were about 8 to 9 inches long. The longer hoses are pretty stiff.. they dont do a U turn very good.. so you have to play with the faucets as to what position they should be tighted down in. I wish i could have said it just took me 5 minutes and i was done and i dont do repair work ever.. but i am always working on things and this installation time depends on where your working, and if you can get big hands into small spaces to loosen all that stuff up. My screws were rusted and i had to get a grinder and grind the faucets off the top horizontally and then unscrew the chrome part. Those hoses fit into a horizontal fitting in the center connection and to me it would alot better if the connection at the point where the hoses screw in was in the shape of a upside down V. That way they would be alot easier to put on and less likely to cross thread. Now that i know how its put together it wouldnt take much to upgrade it to a all metal faucet but of course the price gos ways up on the metal ones. Overall its a decent faucet and i wouldnt mind having some extra parts around when installing. Reviewed in the United States on November 14, 2021 Size: 1 Verified Purchase Ordered this item to replace a corroded, worn out brass waterway with Phoenix faucets. Although this is entirely made of plastic, it seems to work. Installed without leaks and only a few choice words about general MH construction. Trick to prevent cross-threading hose fittings to the nipples: Reviewed in the United States on July 10, 2021 Size: 1 Verified Purchase These faucets were a good fit to my existing set up. I have to admit they are delicate. I was careful so as not to break them installing them. It was a little tricky to get the lines attached and having them attached tight enough. I had a leak at first so I had to do it over again. I have done handyman stuff for decades so it's not my first time installing a set of faucets. The material they are made of is a light plastic that seems brittle. The faucets seemed to be okay but I was careful not to overtighten them. These faucets are just oaky and far from being top of the line. Reviewed in the United States on March 5, 2019 Size: 1 Verified Purchase Purchased two of this faucet for the garden tub in the master bath of our most recent home purchase/rehab project. It seems to work well - was a tight fit, but overall it came together and should be fine. My husband said it was mostly an easy to install, was about a 5 minute install - and he has limited 'handy man' experience doing these things. 5.0 out of 5 stars Great solution for a clean finish Purchased two of this faucet for the garden tub in the master bath of our most recent home purchase/rehab project. Images in this review Reviewed in the United States on August 5, 2019 Size: 1 Verified Purchase I called the local plumber to replace our garden tub faucet and he quoted an outrageous price of over five hundred dollars. We bought one of these and did it for a fraction. Granted, this item is plastic, as are all the fittings, and I can't predict long term durability. For now, at least, we are very happy and the price was right. I'm not sure it would hold up to rugged daily use by young children (don't know it wouldn't), but for a couple of seniors like us I think it will work fine. Reviewed in the United States on January 29, 2020 Size: 1 Verified Purchase To start, everything is plastic! You definitely have to use Teflon Tape on all connections, or else it will leak, if you tighten too much you could break it. My concern is how it will hold up. The hoses are very stiff and put a lot of pressure on the T connections, kinda bending them. I hope they don't break or else there will be water everywhere. Reviewed in the United States on July 16, 2019 Size: 1 Verified Purchase If you need a replacement faucet for a garden tub and don't need anything entirely too fancy, this will do just fine. I checked at other department stores before checking amazon and they were lacking options. The ones they did have were between $150 and $200. This faucet is much cheaper, has the same spout I replaced and comes with 1/4 turn valves which I think is a nice touch. Reviews with images

a: wrap teflon tape. Yes, it has a rubber washer. Wrap it anyway.
b: line up the hose/fitting with the nipple in a straight line. Push the hose/fitting onto the nipple.
c: turn the fitting as if you were trying to take it off. Keep the parts in a straight line.
d: press the fitting into the nipple while turning. Within 1 turn, you'll feel the fitting go thunk and the fitting and nipping will be ready to tighten.
e: slowly tighten the fitting by hand. It should thread together nicely.
